
CLINIC & APPOINTMENT INFO
HELP WITH CHOOSING A TREATMENTWe give free information and advice if you do not know which treatment is best for you. You can either call or come into the clinic during reception hours which are Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 4.30. Saturdays 9.00 to 12.30. On this website you will however find a lot of info and in our waiting room is also a variety of leaflets available.
BOOKING A TREATMENT
We work on an appointment basis. You can call the clinic within reception hours (9.00 to 4.30 Monday to Friday ) or you can call the therapist at home (phone numbers are included on this website with each treatment) or leave a message on our answerphone and we'll get back to you asap. CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
For changing appointments we ask that you inform us 48 hours in advance - either by calling the therapist at home or the clinic. This way we can book someone else in that time. Within 48 hours we ask that you pay £25 for the time we have reserved for you. So please make sure you book for a time that is good for you: it is a vital part of your holistic aproach to your own health to commit yourself to your health goals!
FINDING YOUR WAY TO US
We are easy to find. Ringwood is on the A31. When entering the town go and park your car in the main carpark (to get into this carpark take a right at the first roundabout, a left at a small second roundabout and then turn left into the carpark entrance). The new clinic is a five minute walk from here.
ARRIVING AT OUR CLINIC
If your appointment is within reception hours, then the receptionist will welcome you when you enter. Outside reception hours please simply take a seat in the waiting room. Your therapist will come and collect you there.
DIAGNOSIS & TREATMENT
Regardless of your choice of treatment, your first session with our therapist will include some form of diagnosis/consultation before the treatment starts. This is a very important part of what we do. It allows us to give you the best possible support. This is why first treatments are usually a little longer and a litle bit more expensive than subsequent ones.
PAYMENTS
Payment should be paid to each therapist directly at the time of treatment by cash or cheque. We regret that most therapists cannot accept payment by card, although there are several ATM's available nearby. Private Medical Insurance claim cover may be available on some treatments. Ask your therapist whether your treatment is eligible.
GIFT VOUCHERS
We sell gift vouchers for any amount or any therapy. But these must be paid for in cash. Simply come in during reception hours (9.00 to 4.30 only) or give us a call if you want to collect it outside these hours and we'll leave it in our waiting area for you to collect.
